Can I get a discount if I buy more?
Absolutely! If you want to buy more than 1 unit, we recommend selecting one of the bundle options near the price section. This will give you the biggest savings if you want to purchase one for each shower in your home, or as gifts.
How does the personalised thank-you work?
You will recieve a handwritten thank you in the mail seperately shortly after your purchase. If we are experiencing large volume of orders there may be a delay in sending you a thank you but please be patient. We will do our best to send it to you as quickly as possible. If you have not recieved a letter at all, we want to know, contact us at hello@made-to-matter.store and we will ensure you recieve one. In the letter you will also recieve confirmation on the exact amount that was contributed to charity from your purchase with us.
How do I know the money has gone to charity?
Transparency is important! So that's why at the end of each quarter we will be posting verification of donations to the website. We are still just a small Aussie buisness so every order counts and so thankful for everyones support. Each time you purchase a Matter product, you will recieve a personalised hand written thank you, and a notification of how much you contributed to charity.
